I would talk to this sweet girl every day for a year!
After your initial meeting and planning discussion, Bobbie sends you reminders every month and then every week (once your wedding gets closer) leading up to your wedding day. She thinks of it all and makes sure to keep you on track every step of the way. She is also in constant contact with vendors making sure they are in the loop and ready to go, too...I had a very particular vision in my mind for my wedding and was so nervous about handing it to someone else and trusting they would be able to execute it. What if they didn’t have the same touch as me, what would I do? Well, Bobbie put those fears to rest at our final planning meeting. She kept track of every email and crazy idea I had from the very beginning and 100% saw my vision and understood it as her own. HOW LUCKY WAS I? To have my wedding in such great hands! I still count my blessings for that one.
Now, the actual day of the wedding Bobbie blew my expectations out of the water (and they were high expectations). She was SO CALM through everything. She made me feel so at ease the whole day. She just does everything with such grace. And guess what? It was flawless. Like who can say that? "I was an extremely type A bride and had a high bar for a coordinator that would make me feel at ease. After talking with over 15 coordinators, we realized we didn’t want to work with a company of coordinators where we didn’t personally know or have the chance to speak to our assigned coordinator before booking. Additionally, one our priorities from the beginning of the wedding planning was working with vendors that were simply good, genuine people (I would recommend this advice to anyone by the way!) After becoming very discouraged with the search for a month-of coordinator, Bobbie was recommended to us by our amazing photographer/videographer team, Silver Bear Creative. From the first time my fiancé and I talked with Bobbie on the phone I knew instantly she was the perfect match for us. Her extensive experience in the wedding industry was evident and you could tell just how much she knew her stuff. And brides, do not be deterred if she has never worked at your venue before! This was originally one of our requirements, but after talking with her that first time we knew she could handle absolutely ANYTHING! (She ended up forming an amazing connection with our venue contacts by the end of it all, no surprise there!) Once we booked Bobbie I felt immediately at peace, we were a match made in heaven! After meeting with her in person for the first time I got in the car with my fiancé and wanted to cry tears of joy!!
...Starting three months out from our wedding day she completely took the reigns with all vendor communications and timeline curation. I am a total control freak and it’s hard for me to trust others with work, but Bobbie made me feel totally at ease and I knew I could trust her with anything. She was always available to us and truly made us feel like her only clients, even though that was definitely not the case! She is creative and an excellent problem solver as well. Bobbie offered so many thoughtful suggestions to improve my original vision for the timeline which greatly improved our experience on the wedding day. I am big on efficiency, and our timeline was meticulously planned and executed with zero issues.The actual wedding day went off without a single hitch!!! Even my family and wedding party felt completely at peace with Bobbie there. She did an amazing job at making me feel calm, but also knowing that I wanted to stay up to date on how things were going. She gave us reminders to take mental pictures so we could slow down and remember the day. At this point on the wedding day we knew each other so well that it felt like she was another one of my bridesmaids. Everyone in our families and wedding party were SO impressed with her and the way she executed our massive 200+ people wedding.
So this was definitely a novel, but I have an infinite amount of words for how much I love, appreciate, and would recommend Bobbie to anyone. I promise you will not regret it!"

"My husband and I went back and forth about hiring a coordinator. After coming across Bobbie’s Instagram page, I read her raving reviews and was sold. The fact that she works with you three months out of your day is the cherry on top. From my first call with Bobbie, she made me feel at ease and understood. She made my vision a thousand times better and even let me have my “room reveal.” I was in awe of how BEAUTIFUL everything was. Her expertise & knowledge really shined and I had no problem trusting her with whatever that day. Our family and bridal party LOVED her so so much. I so wish we could do it all over again because my goodness, there isn’t anything that woman cannot do. She’s THE coordinator you’ll want to hire if you want your day to be flawless. Not to mention, we had our wedding in June during COVID where things the few months before seemed so uncertain. Anytime there were updates on guest capacity, distancing guidelines, you name it, she was on top of it keeping us informed. I would get emails from her with updates on capacity guidelines for our wedding before I would read them on the news!!

From our first initial meeting in 2018 all the way to our wedding day it was clear Bobbie had one intention…to make my vision for our wedding day come to life as perfectly and flawlessly as possible. Bobbie saw inside my brain (truly) and helped in ways I’ll never be able to repay. When we initially got engaged in 2017 I swore I didn’t need or want a planner/coordinator, but something in me told me to book with Bobbie and it will forever be the best decision I made (except marrying my husband of course.) I didn’t feel like a chicken with my head cut off, I was able to enjoy the morning with my bridesmaids getting our hair and make up done while my groom was out playing TopGolf with his groomsmen. I took a moment that morning to take a walk around our venue and was able to see everything Bobbie was taking care of all while I was getting pampered, and let me tell you…it was a LOT! I provided a majority of our decorations and there Bobbie was…setting up all the decor from my filled to the brim utility van. (Honestly Bobbie; I never thanked you enough for that.) If you need a wedding planner/event coordinator/chaos coordinator/de-stressor/wedding therapist/future friend…you really have no choice but to book with Bobbie. Trust me…you won’t regret it. To this day my husband and I still talk about how amazing Bobbie is…and when our guests remanence with us about our wedding day they always say the same thing, “Your coordinator was the best coordinator we’ve ever seen” or “I wish we had her at our wedding” Those are the best compliments ever since, as I said earlier, we initially didn’t even want a coordinator.
